OMWT: Kim Soo-Hyun
I found out that I know so many Korean celebrities, music and dramas.. I often know as least as much as Koreans do or sometimes even more. What have I done with my life, haha~
The moment you recognize a Korean song earlier than Koreans; the moment you recognize a place because it was shown in a show or movie or drama; the moment that you can name all the people in a poster, you realize it's already too late and you spend too much of your precious brain cells on useless knowledge. Okay, let's not be too negative: I do know more about Korean culture than many other exchange students and I think I was quite well prepared to survive in Korea for about 4 months. I found out that even though I like the way that there is so much entertainment everywhere in Korea, it is just another country which I just really like. If I will ever come back here? I don't know. There is so much left to discover, to explore and to dream about. My life in South-Korea did make me realize what I want to (try to) change in my life in The Netherlands. My goal of traveling by myself and going to South-Korea are accomplished. New goals are set. In about five weeks I will go back to The Netherlands to graduate and then I think I will be ready for my next set of challenges. Who says that we should wait until New Year?
